under the law in your workplace.

Members of Teamsters Local 769 also have rights under the Collective
Bargaining Agreement. The Collective Bargaining Agreement is a
written agreement between the union and your employer, and your
employer is obligated to follow the Agreement. It does not a suggest
ways to handle rules and situations, but is a binding contract
that must be followed.
If you do not have a copy of the contract, ask your Shop Steward
for one.
If your employer violates the contract, you have the right to file a
grievance. Contact you Shop Steward with any questions or concerns
